The app takes too much time to load. When you place your order, even if you receive a confirmation from your bank that it was successfully paid, the app may still tag your order in awaiting payment confirmation. Checking out takes too muuuuuch tiiiiime! Order will not be delivered on your chosen schedule. Such a huge hassle. You can do better, SM. Better use other grocery/shopping apps instead.

This app is useless. It tells me there is no SM market near me, which is not true. I go there at least once a week. I messaged support twice and all I got from them was ignored. This is the worst customer service.

umay na promise app is laggy as hell and it's been years with zero improvement in that regard tas lately GCash payment doesnt work/is stuck on loading, and delivery schedule is NEVER met. they always come in either too early or several hours late. i have no idea why that is when i placed the order days ago. app issues aside it used to be easy and very convenient but it seems lately dinadaan lang nila lahat sa "pasensya na po" with zero compensation smh
