Ratings and reviews

Can't log in despite the page showing successful password reset, the message urges users to reset password, again! So it's back to resetting and trying to login in multiple times. The chatbot is purely there for aesthetic purposes. Wasted my time picking items, too. Tried on mobile n website, both not functioning. Watsons, seriously? Did my bulk purchases from another pharmacy within speedily without a glitch.

Occasional good deals, but the app loads slowly, feels sluggish, and has annoying pop ups. Delivery takes a bit too long, live chat is unresponsive (waited 10 mins and timed out), and contact form replies take at least 3 business days. I definitely won’t use it often unless the deal is exceptional.

it's very laggy and when I checkout, the payment page couldn't capture the process. I approved the payment at my banking app, but the watson app didn't show it. also alot of pop up ad makes the app more laggy and hinder the scrolling experience.
