app's ux is very painful to use. 1) laggy because of the developer or client like to animate everything. I don't really need all these animations n cartoon popups. just want to buy something quickly. not click a few times because of lag and go past the item I wanted. 2) not conventionally named. instead of add to cart, they like to label it as "buy now". have to click and see where it goes.

Highly Unsatisfactory service. I purchased a promotional item with a "buy one, get one free" offer, but the complimentary item was never delivered. I was informed that I needed to make two separate purchases to qualify for the promotion. My current attempt to obtain a refund is being denied. Furthermore, I've observed that member discounts are not applied if the initial payment attempt is unsuccessful. The application itself is characterized by significant laggyness.

Previously I didn't registered for a Membership using my email@ but do not have a membership number. When I log into the Apps, asking for membership # I don't have. So I tried to login as "New Member" and it said "email@ has been used" so in the end I still unable to use the Watson App. Before, when I was shopping at Watson's Outlet, when I was asked for my phone number to verify membership, after giving number Staff told me, I do not own a Membership. What's this All About??? 😡😡
