This is a horrible app. I asked for my refund and they say that they can't do it. I thought that since it was a dance weight loss app... they were going to teach the moves first and then you try and then get it on with the music. That sounds reasonable right? WRONG!! The girl "dancing" just does these weird movements and is all over the place. I would give this a -0 but the option is not there. Hope no one else gets scammed out of their money and eagerness to lose weight like I did!

set up account, was all good for the organic dance fit. charged 2 charges, $22.48 & $19.99. organic dance app I could never get started. I still can't get a refund. They keep telling me to sign out and restart the app. When i do it wants me to pay again. When I've already been charged and can't even use it. Thought it would be good stress relief & fun! It's added to my stress!

Terrible app. I chose specific music genres and it still auto selects all genres which made it hard to enjoy. I asked customer service to edit the genres or I would need to cancel. They said that I could finish the workout with their music, memorize the dance moves and then workout to my own music. I didnt buy this subscription to have to memorize all the random moves this chick does. Instead of customer service trying to help resolve my issues, they just agreed to cancel. Zero stars
