The user interface sucks, especially given how much I pay to have a health plan. The chat scroll works the opposite way it should, the provider search takes you out of the app entirely and if you hit the back button instead of the x, it sends you back to the very beginning. And then there's the fact that Legacy through BCBS absolutely BLOWS.

It's good for giving you doctor info. But if you need to call the doctor it will throw errors and then completely back out... so idk how they expect you to actually schedule an appointment. 4/9/24 update- the app is updated and while slightly less hard to navigate... is still hard to navigate. It makes trying to find help more difficult than it needs to be. I'm inclined to believe that's on purpose; the more difficult it is to schedule an appointment, the then the less money they have to spend.

The app overall is reasonable, but my specific complaint is with the chat feature. The developers clearly never used it themselves. The keyboard covers the window you type in, so you cannot see what you're typing in the chat. I was left to voice recognition and its accompanying errors. The agent on the other end of the chat was very helpful. Someone needs to take a look at the chat functionality and hopefully fix it.
