When connecting the power dots... Power one on then connect. Then power that one off. Then power the other one on and connect. Then you can power them both on. It's tough for the app to locate both for the first time with them both on. These do a great job distracting the muscles and giving relief. I have had back surgeries and these have helped the pain after physical therapy. The app is easy to navigate and seamlessly controls the monitors.

This product is a huge pain to use. Constantly having to disconnect and reconnect, re-pair, and reactivate. Right now, my Powerdot won't activate at all. And they suggest like 6 things to try to fix it. Argh! Great idea, but get the technology perfected before selling to the general public!

About 1/4 of the times I try to use them, the dots connect flawlessly to the app and run a program without issue. The rest of the time I have restart the app, and/or the dots, numerous times in order to get started and then again at some point during the programs. It's incredibly frustrating for something this expensive. When it does work, it works very well to reduce soreness or to provide a nice warm up.

Dear Taylor,
Apologies for your issues, but it seems they are related to the Bluetooth stack issues on your phone. We always advice to restart the app and bounce Bluetooth between periods of inactivity and only turn on dots after the app is started.
