You must allow it to operate in the background. Then, when you say yes, it asks a bunch of questions. I have health issues, so ramping up exercise is not an option. Saying so is not an option. Then, I get to the end asking (again) if it can use my location. I say yes. The end! It goes nowhere. No other options no matter the location option I choose. Useless if it has so few options and won't move past the questions.

This is a personal and helpful app to keep users on task with their weight loss goals. I loved all the motivational messages, mindful pop-up reminders and the activity leaderboard that encourages a healthy but competitive edge in lieu of walking or jogging. Update: Get.up is now limiting my walks, jogging and jumprope exercises when I'm on a roll. What a downer this is becoming this week!

It doesn't sync to my smart watch I just did 26min HIIT Cardio and when I tried to log in the workout (which only has a few options to choose from) it told me it wasn't meaningful enough to be recorded But my daily requirement is 17mins of activity SOOO it didn't count my workout it instead told me to try harder to move next week. 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️Really!
