FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.

Ratings and reviews

I can not make any out going calls. It like wants to ring then hangs up. Also the call forwarding is not very user friendly. It will not work if your phone plan already has it enabled in the first place. It is a pain to try to set up and use this. I tried to reach out to customer support and never got a reply. I reached out 3 different times but get a bot that send articles that have nothing to do with the issues I'm having. I'm considering looking for a different app with similarities

I love this app. I like the customizable options it gives you to make it how you want it i.e. automatically sending text or manually, it let's you put your own outgoing message and 2 other messages i.e. repeat that or what did you say or whatever you want. Let me just say that customer support is beyond awesome. I had an issue and they not only got back to me super quickly, they checked in periodically over the course of 2 week to make sure it was still resolved. Honestly highly recommend.

Awesome! This should be standard on everyone's phone app! The app is very clean, without a bunch of disruptive ads and allows different options of phone communication. I love that you can read what the person on the other line is saying and you could even take a phone in a quiet place by typing a response and the app with speak it to the person on the other line for you.

This update includes important improvements and bug fixes.
It won't help you stay cool this summer, but it'll make your experience a whole lot better.
