So far so good. I even had an issue on my part because after I set up the account I had to be away from home for several months. When I returned I received my card but couldn't remember my security information to activate or access the app. I called the number on the card thinking I probably wouldn't get very far and if I did it would be a long process. But I WAS WRONG! The customer service rep and a quick connecton with someone in fraud prevention had me verified, activated and in app <30 min!

the $30 sign up bonus is a lie, I added $20 3 days after signing up, it said it could take 15 business days to receive. its been well over that and nothing. ive emailed support several times and they keep responding with the same generic response "We regret to inform you that our system indicates your most recent rewards bonus is experiencing a delay. Due to the high volume of customers, the rewards bonus credits are taking longer than usual"

If your $20 deposit was made via cash load, ACH, or BambuPay before completing the 30 days, and before it ended on October 16th, 2025, your reward will be deposited directly into your MyBambu account. I had signed up and was supposed to get $10.00 for spending at least $5.00, I never received it. Then I deposited $20.00 and never received the $40.00 sign up because I transferred it from a card instead of depositing at an ATM. I would definitely not recommend this app it has been nothing but a headache!! I messaged customer service and nothing was fixed!! would not recommend this app or company at all!!! 😕
