Ordered from sandwich w noss, and it was confirmed almost immediately. Fast forward 1 hour, stil no update on my order. Decided to contact customer support, 0 replies. 2 hours passed, nothing happened. Could not even cancel my order. Anyways, order was canceled after 4 hrs automatically. Very unprofessional and useless app.

Unworthy unprofessional app&team i ordered a pizza they kept me waiting for 3 hours , at first hour and a half, when i talked to support they said the driver was on his way after , after another hour and a half they sent me they dont have driver's and they will cancel the order. app uninstalled support number blocked if you don't want to waste your time don't install this thing worse experience ever and didn't even get the food.

I placed an order thinking I would get a 50% discount as advertised on the app. However, when the driver arrived, the price was back to the full amount. No explanation, no adjustment. I reached out to customer service, and they were completely unprofessional—unhelpful, dismissive, and refused to issue any kind of refund or even acknowledge the problem. to make things worse, my order arrived incomplete. It was missing drinks and fries, and when I reported it, they didn’t offer to send them.
