I have been using the app for two years and it was working fine. After the update, I lost all my data and the smart scale no longer connects to the app

Truly disappointing. It was working perfectly well until the new app was installed. Not only did I lose all of my data, but I can't connect to the smart scale anymore AND I got NO help from the whatsapp support team!! .... This is really bad!!!!

If you ever message them on what'sapp, they will spam you with promotions. In my case I was foolish and ordered, I never got the gift. I asked for a refund they ordered me to deliver it my self to the store or pay 15 charges extra. Worst customer service, barely speak English, rude and unprofessional. Buy from sporter.ae or amazon,don't buy from fake doctor salesmen.
