What to expect during your appointment?

After booking your appointment, you’ll be connected to a licensed veterinarian or veterinary technician via video chat.

Similar to an in-person appointment, the licensed veterinarian or technician will ask you questions about your pet and their health history. They may also want to see your pet up-close to better examine them and gather more information about a tentative diagnosis.

The vet will let you know what the next steps are (such as booking an in-person appointment, sending you a prescription, how to treat at home, etc.)

I recently downloaded the app and did an online appt. The service offered is fantastic. I was very happy. The app however sucks, I couldn't get the sound on while in an appt which was annoying. Was unable to purchase my prescriptions through the app had to go on my computer. The app is really buggy and left me frustrated during my appointment. Just easier to not use the app at all. Couldn't even switch to a different card to get my dogs meds. Kept telling me it couldn't add it.

audio would not work! nothing tech support suggested worked! had to text the vet entire visit and it was very frustrating!3 stars cause the vet was nice otherwise it would have been 1 or 2. dissatisfied with having to pay full price but didn't get the full service should have got some kind of discount for your system not working properly... it was not on my end cause I have high speed Comcast internet and a new Samsung phone!!! it was not my audio it was yours.you will lose customers

This service is 100% hands down worth the money. The post-appointment chat features is ++ sluggish and requires multiple restarts to get a message in. I ended up writing my message in notepad and copying and pasting into the chat. Additionally I wish I had known the limit of 2 messages. Then a response is required from the vet before you can request another. We spoke with Dr Lecky who was amazing. Our boy was feeling better very soon and I am grateful this was available on a holiday. Brilliant!
