Initially, the app worked fine by manually inputting data. However, I was never able to get the app to automatically record the data from the arm band. Was never able to get the BP monitor into pairing mode. Also, after entering several data manually, the app stopped working when attempting to input additional entries. An error message pops up indicating a bug in the software and that the app will remain inoperable until the developer provides an update.

ROFL "developer says the app doesn't collect any data". Okay, it's quite evident from the screenshots that app actually does collect data. Not only does it collect the data but it also creates identity anchor, your Facebook account or Google login or your email. Not to mention there's no reason not to provide offline access... This sounds like serious HIPAA and/or GDPR violation, depending where you reside.

Security risk! Company is based in China, does NOT have a physical office or even any contact person in the USA. When requesting to reset user password, it is UNSECURED web transmission/protocol (browser will warn). Unacceptable for a medical product. Pairing is unreliable with the AD-B19 blood pressure monitor. Sometimes it pairs, sometimes it doesn't, even when I repeat exactly the sequence used previously. App ceased to function after a month, had to uninstall then reinstall.
