This is extremely frustrating. My item has already been delivered, and your system shows the status as “Delivered.” However, when I try to raise an exchange request, it wrongly displays “Item not delivered,” which is preventing me from proceeding. Meanwhile, the return window is reducing every day. I have been waiting for a response from customer support for over 2 hours, and there is no call support option available either. Please resolve this issue urgently and ensure I am not denied my exch

Terrible experience with Little Box. I received pants that were a different colour, completely transparent, and nothing like the pictures. And before I tried cancelling the order multiple times on WhatsApp and even got messages saying it was cancelled. yet they still delivered it. The order isn’t even marked as delivered so I can’t return it. And deducting ₹99 as “store credit” is just nonsense. This brand feels unreliable and honestly not worth trusting at all.

This is the worst shopping experience I’ve had. My order from Tuesday is still not dispatched, and there is zero response from their side. Before this, I received a defective product, and after returning it, they deducted 99 rupees and did not refund my shipping charges. They gave a coupon, but even then I had to pay shipping again. And still the order is pending. Very unprofessional service. I strongly advise others not to purchase from this website.
