Hopeless on the move. Played for a few minutes then I lost signal for a bit - rather than resume after buffering, the app very quickly throws you to a "something went wrong" screen with the only option to return to the homepage. Having done that and re-selected the programme, you sit through ads again and then when the programme restared I had sound but still the "something went wrong" caption. Did this a couple more times and gave up. I watch loads of iPlayer on the train, none of this happens

system crashes after 1 set of advert breaks when using app on mobile device. cannot play on smart tv, doesn't load anything after 1st initial advert. there is nothing wrong with internet connection. Never had an issue when it was uktv, since the change to U it has been glitchy to be positive, and a downright fail to be honest! Garbage, I'd rather stick to general programs than try for 1.5hrs to stream a programme to get to watch 10minutes of it.

Way too many ads! You get a ton at the beginning of a programme before you've even watched anything then anything between 6-11 ads every 15 mins. It does really spoil the flow of watching anything. I realise it's free and money has to be made but it's a ridiculous amount of interruption. I've not had any problems with crashing, seems to run quite well on my Amazon stick.
