Ratings and reviews

No detailed explaination or photos! The recipes in this app does not have any clear explanation of which mode to use, which buttons to press, what utensils to avoid. For convection MWO with all those hot blast, slimfry, grill, sun dry, etc. It becomes confusing for beginners to understand the difference & without animated/pictorial guide this app is useless as recipes in general are already available online. We need recipes customised for particular model with detailed explanation.

It doesn't mention what mode to enter. The book mentions everything in detail. It's a waste app as it simply tells you to put in microwave and press start, never mentions which mode should we go and start.

The first and the worst part is that samsung is not even giving a computerised reply to the comments . This shows their carelessness towards their customers and their support.I have a bad experience with this app . Though i read some reviews but i thought it may be helpful to me but i totally agreed with the rest of the people . The major drawback is that the receipes which are mentioned doesn't shows the time or temperature..
