It seemed happy at first, but a lot of recharge is wasted because it feels like there’s favoritism, only one is always being won, especially in bingo. Then, the box in VR was changed again. Why do you need to take one box before the countdown for the next box? It's easy to uninstall , it can really be frustrating. It's stressful I thought it would be happy, but it just caused more stress

When I first downloaded WePlay, I was so happy and enjoyed it; it really helped me relieve stress. As I got more into it, I spent money to top up on gold and got VIP status. At first, everything was great, but over time, the system started to decline. They changed the VIP system, and now you have to spend money just to get gold, but there’s nothing in return anymore. It feels like they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, and even privacy is being compromised.

I’ve been using the WePlay app for nearly nine months, and I have to say, I’m quite disappointed with the recent changes, especially regarding the VIP treasury box and the overall VIP experience. First off, the removal of rebates for the VIP treasury box feels like a major step back. It was one of the few perks that made the VIP membership feel worthwhile. I expected more value for my investment, but instead, it feels like the app is prioritizing profit over user satisfaction.
