This game is terrible; I can't even log in to my ID. Two months ago, there was a different issue where they claimed my number was linked to another device—even though I hadn't logged in on any other device. Now, I can't log in at all. They tell me to contact customer service, but I messaged them and got no reply. My ID was at the 3-star level—and getting to 3 stars takes so much effort. The game developers just stop the ID from working whenever they feel like it; it's absolute madness.

The in-game report button does not work. A player USER ID 71260883 has been using memory exploits to instantly solve the randomized Crazy Alpaca board in less than 1 minute (even in second) for over a year. Legitimate top players need nearly 1-2 minutes to solve this. Please manually review this account's match logs and ban them to fix the leaderboards.

The game is actually good, but there’s so much abuse in the voice rooms. You join a voice room or a family, and there are so many cheap people and annoying couples there. Like, are you crazy? But the good thing about this game is that the games themselves are really fun.
