I have never received worse service that I have at AGL!!! No one knows how to do their job and you have to micro manage them to make sure they do what they say they will. Just a simple move turned into a whole month of hours on the phone and over their abysmal chat system, after connecting me to the wrong address and all they offered me was $50 goodwill. Absolutely pitiful, NEVER SIGN UP WITH THEM 🚨🚨

half of the time, can't even access apps features: usage insights, plan details. Error "That's awkward. There's a problem with our servers, but we should have it fixed in no time. Sorry for the hold-up!"

Monitored usage daily via the AGL app throughout the billing cycle, averaging around $5–$7/day. With only a few days remaining, the "Cost So Far" was ~$530, then it suddenly jumped to ~$680 overnight. A $150 spike this late, without any usage change, raises serious questions about billing accuracy and undermines trust in the system.
