I have never received worse service that I have at AGL!!! No one knows how to do their job and you have to micro manage them to make sure they do what they say they will. Just a simple move turned into a whole month of hours on the phone and over their abysmal chat system, after connecting me to the wrong address and all they offered me was $50 goodwill. Absolutely pitiful, NEVER SIGN UP WITH THEM 🚨🚨

AGL please fix the daily electricity usage in the app this is beginning to happen more often. I have been unable to view daily usage through the app which forces me to login to see it. It also forces me to login manually to send a gas meter read.

something has broken since the last update. when I try to view my usage breakdown I get a "that's awkward" message and "problem with our servers" this was fine before the last 2 updates
