I used to like this game with the option to play slots and scrabble. Now it seems the emphasis is on getting scrabble letters. With every spin you get 1, 2, or even 3 packs of letters. With letter packs popping up so much it ruins the slot play. Forget about tournament play. The tile packs pop so quick you can't even monitor tournaments. I uninstalled and reinstalled twice to no avail. I've reported the issue again to no avail. I really don't think they care.

Fun to play!!!! Even buying coins and tiles eats up money too fast very unlikely to win jackpots. Great games, great graphics. Wish more options to get extra coins so can play awhile at a time. Very hard to win big or often. Just about done. The higher levels are ridiculous have to bet a lot just to play scrabble or play in any bonus games. When you get in bonus games with spinning wheels plan on landing on 5 or 6 seldom get bigger numbers. Would give more if packages didn't cost so much

I use to love this game. I play EVERYDAY but for the past few weeks it keeps crashing!!!! There is nothing wrong with my phone or any other apps. I have to keep uninstalling it and reinstall. Then sign in again it's really annoying, not to mention it has cost me bonuses and coins. I have contacted customer support a few times and no one has gotten back to me. I am very disappointed this was actually my favorite game ever. 😔
