pickyplot is for people who love stories, whether they arrive as books, movies, or both.
It's not just about tracking what you've read and watched in one place (though it does that well). Or that it lets you rate things honestly—even privately if you want to. There's a lot of apps that do these things. But most stop at "I finished this, 4 stars." For pickyplot, that's only the beginning.
Recommendations that cross media types.
Loved the book? We'll show you the films you'll enjoy. Loved a movie? We'll send you novels you'll love. Your recommendations learn what you like across both sides. Or one side. You choose.
Log what you read and watch with the context that actually matters: your mood, where you were, how fast you tore through it. Track reading pace, keep private notes (and ratings) only you can see, and revisit the entries of stories you come back to over the years.

You can even create your very own universe (plotverse) out of books and movies you love, drawing your own connections and sharing your head-canon with your friends.
