My A1 is a free mobile app for customers with Android* (ver. 5.1 or higher) and iOS (ver. 13.0 or higher). Explore it via mobile network or Wi-Fi via smartphone or tablet. My A1 is available to A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid or business customers. Easy and comfortable auto-recognition of the mobile number or login with your My A1 registration.

In order to use all the features in My A1 app and access all of your A1 services, you should register an owner profile.

Alternatively, you could add services only as a user with limited rights to manage.

Ratings and reviews

Check before you sign. Ask to see the contract. It's not uncommon for these scammers to get you to sign something else, other than what was agreed. Unfortunately terrible customer service and sales representative support. Infrastructure is okay. App can be improved. Certain features are missing, like cancellation of additional charges

The App is fine, navigation is easy and user friendly. The A1 operator are liars, tryna make you pay more with all possible tools. Never mentioning VAT or any other tax in their offer. Don't get surprised from your payment bill.

Dreadfully slow app. No option to log in with a fingerprint. The navigation is appalling - the navigation menu icons make no logical sense and the menus do not have a clear and intuitive structure. Ads are abundant, which makes it even harder to navigate and slower to load.
