Ordered a product, 10 days gone order not delivered yet. Shipping is from Bangalore to Bangalore. Shows in transit. No option to cancel order. They say 5-7 days is max delivery time. .... If I contact on the below mentioned wapp number, they only give the order tracking link (as if its not available in the app). The customer care just keep on saying we're escalating. Now its 10 days, yet item is not delivered. It's not the customer's duty to contact the courier service and solve the issue.

No support at all. No customer care service. I ordered quantity of two, but recieved only one quantity. I am trying to reach customer care service. No way to connect. It's really very very bad service in this current trend. Please do not refer to anyone

Terrible experience! Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. They don't allow cancellations, even if you contact them immediately after placing an order. You're stuck with your purchase no matter what. Avoid this site at all costs!
