The website is totally unusable today. It loads a white screen and isitdownrightnow says it pings functional and quickly, so it's totally dismantled. I couldn't find anything about site maintenance so I downloaded the app. Upon login it says "the object was moved here" hyperlinked. Click it, and it loads up an error code. Fine, but is it really an app if it just accesses the website? It even has a search bar at the bottom with the normal web url and I can click "desktop site"... 🤔

I can't log in! Every time I try to log in, it opens my browser (Chrome). I put in my credentials and hit log in, and it loads for a second and stops, so I'm just stuck on the username and password screen. I need to look for an in network orthopedic surgeon in my area so that my co-pays aren't outrageous, but I can't log in to do that! I'm either doomed to live in pain or will have to call every BCBS provider and ask them. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one! Fix this or lose a member!

I haven't used this app for a while. I just tried and I get a message asking to update the app then it redirects me to Google play, then no updates and it stops. On the website on my PC I get the message "wrong username" which is not right because all is saved on my PC. Something is wrong with your system. Now I'm told to call customer service. This is the worst app I've ever used. I even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that the new installation would pick up the update. It's not working
