Service Team - HELP! Up till recently, this was a no brainer for my family, and it gave me and my husband peace of mind that we haven't experienced in a long time. FIVE STARS for that alone. But... I have not been getting push notifications since the text notifications stopped. I have all notifications turned on. I get emails, but I don't check them except a few times a day... What can I do to fix this?

Definitely worth it!! Going on six months using it and really appreciate never having to wonder where, and what's going on. Get a few extra pins when first starting out. So far I had one that didn't hold up, luckily for me the tracker fell into the pocket. The other pins so far are holding up. They do give you an extra when buying the whole set up.

What a relief. My wife has Alzheimer's and gets lost easily. With the device, if she wanders off I know where she is. The location is very detailed. She can also call me by pushing the big button. That is a reliable and simple feature. (e.g. Jitterbug is way too complicated for her stage of Alzheimer's.) My only complaint is that the other caregivers and myself can't always call her. That only works about half the time. (bc signal strength?) She expects to wear it now; it helps her feel safe.
