India's first blockchain based medical EMR for Doctors. It allows you to manage your appointments, patients and patient case history - all in one place. Medical data you can manage by creating clinical records or by simply uploading documents by taking pictures.

You can use this platform as a Doctor or as a Clinic/Hospital and add your Doctors in the platform too. We have no limit with regards to space when it comes to managing the digital documents and you can use the platform to manage documents/reports of any number and for as long as you want.

The EMR is also connected with our DirghaayuSetuTM Patient platform and any patients you create are connected to our DirghaayuSetuTM platform automatically. This helps your patient to have one account to manage all their medical records and also, allows you to quickly access the medical history of any registered patient with one tap.
