It was so easy and convenient to schedule a pick up. However, when I tried to schedule a pick up a few days ago, the app have a new screen that says New Customer or Existing Customer, which I am, now added that Welcome to Atlas screen. Before when I click on the Schedule Pickup logo, it goes direct to the screen with recipient address, and other pertinent shipping info and types of boxes to be used, then enter the items for each box you are shipping that becomes as the packing lists.

Been shipping with Atlas since 2012. Initially from Waukegan, IL, then 2015 from Westminster, CA where we met Sir Manny on his first day. He is the best and still picking up to this day. We moved to Anaheim, CA and they are very nice too.. Many thanks Kuya Byron Now we are in Long Beach, CA and the local Atlas is located nearby in Carson, CA. Nothing but good experiences with Atlas. Typically up to 6 weeks delivery sometimes sooner with all items accounted for. The app is great easy to use

So easy to use. No need to call to follow up update on the arrival of the box. If you don't know your tracking number, just click history and will show all your transaction records.
