First, let me say that I LOVE the Cook Unity service - great service, fantastic food choices, and absolutely delicious! This 3* rating is for the app. The website works so well that I'm not sure why an app is necessary, but I gave it a try. I like the tabs at the top to select dates, but order tracking didn't work at all... in the app. (It works perfectly on the website.)
This app showed my meal delivery on the incorrect day of the week so I thought we did not receive our meals until it showed up the next day. Secondly, our meals showed up completely saugy and 2 of them torn and open so we had to throw them away. Understandably, you can't control how UPS delivers their packages but that's why you have to ensure good packaging! Especially with fresh food! Our meals were just tossed in the box with plenty of room to be thrown around, thus the ripped open packages.

I did not receive my meals on the day of delivery. I was not contacted and told of any changes. Customer service never responded. No refund was given. And there's no way to call.
