Trash! Why TH is there ads? when I got to set up a printer an ad pops up EVERY TIME! There shouldn't be any ads for a product I already paid for! Hp you are some greedy mfers!

my experience was satisfactory. I see all these reviews of people saying they couldn't use the printer without it and that's just not true. you can set it up just like any other printer with only minimal networking and admin skills. it's not a plug and play method like all these people are used t. it's definitely not useless

Thought I would try it for a month. Wasn't what I needed. Been trying to cancel the subscription for a week. Should be a simple process but not so. Still charges my card!
