Applied for my Bali visa 2 weeks before I was supposed to go. They couldn't sort it out for me before this point. Bali said I had a duplicate application so I had to send more documents to atlys, they asked me multiple times off multiple customer service agents even though I sent them originally. Kept pushing back the date and was not able to sort my visa in time. Avoid!
