One day out of nowhere, I couldn't open any of my PURCHASED videos within Body FX. I tried installing an update but couldn't because I had to free up space on my phone. Finally freed up enough space on my phone, only to update the app for it to keep crashing on me when I try to open it! It won't even load the app, it just keeps crashing when I click the app to open it! This is a huge issue, I've missed an entire week of working out, and I workout daily, 7 days a week! Body Fx, how to I fix?

We're sorry to hear this, have you reached out to support at support@bodyfx.com and we can help troubleshoot? It sounds like maybe not enough free space was freed up on the phone even though it was enough to download the app. Additionally it looks as though your operating system might be out of date. Reach out to our support and we will assist.

Update: to watch basic videos without monthly subscription, App support promptly and kindly informed I have to access through Library instead of Explore. Weird, but effective. Thanks Support team. Original: I've being for months trying to use my basic subscription. The app keeps asking for monthly subscription and no video would play. The previous app worked ok. I am mad. I will not buy monthly subscription; really bad service for us trying your products.

You do not need to purchase a subscription to access your purchased workouts in the app. To access these, please login and click on "Library"-->"Purchased" and from here you will be able to access your workouts.

Body FX is a great program, but I'm having trouble with the app. It was fine at first but now it's telling me I need to pay the subscription. I ALREADY DID! And I'm logged in properly. But it will no longer play the videos for me. Fortunately the app on my smart tv is still working, but today I wanted to go outside to work out, like I have in the past. Guess I'll just work out inside. UPDATE: The company contacted me and told me how to access the purchased videos. So I am upgrading from 3 star to 5 star.

Sorry to hear this. To access your purchased workouts on the Body FX Home Fitness app, please login and click on "Library"-->"Purchased". From here, you can click on the workout section you would like to access.
