I used this app for a while and I cancelled it, but don't trust them, they will continue submitting debit orders and even if there's no funds in your account the bank will charge you (their client) a fee for declining payment and it will cost you a lot of money should bookkeepa not cancel your subscription, so to get rid of them, close your bank account and open an account at another bank?

It seems good but I don't like that I can't backdate and record past expenses and income. It has to be on current date. Can this be fixed. And the process of adding income is so tedious. The options are too many. What's the use of income account and I'll still write the name of the service I provided. It's confusing. And then instead of the record to show that I've recorded, it takes me to add services separately. It's just a lot.

Hi Shiphrah, the app allows you to backdate records up to your opening balance date, which is a date you select of your last balance sheet. This can be even years earlier than the current date. In one week we are making an update and the income posting process will be streamlined to reduce the number of steps and make posting efficient. Best. BK

A great app indeed. I sort of love the app. But I can't customize expense account. Also, can't edit My opening balance from My previous balance sheet. And, should able to see the total transaction for a day, for a particular ledger account.
