The app is useful. I installed for Smartwatch for my child to track location while at school and when going on field trips with classmates. It syncs well with the device and shows all the data in real time accurately enough for me to figure out the child's location.

Very unreliable. Doesn't work more often than not. Very limited in what one can do. Tracking is waaaaay off about a kilometre. Only maybe one message out of 20 goes through, if that. Incredibly frustrating.

Hello! To adjust the location: go outside with the watch so that the device can better “pick up” the GPS. Wait a while and click the “force positioning” button in the app. Some kids watch dont support notifications from smartphone apps. We recommend checking the settings in the Canyon Life app to see which apps can send notifications to the watch.

The app is not perfect, but it has enabled me to find my loved one who sometimes wanders off in a fugue state, and I could find her - and that is why I bought it. SOS has also helped others to alert me to her having difficulties. This app and the band help. Silent call back and call back have also helped a lot. Sometimes the location is way off as GPS locations can be, but I use the Forced Positioning and it updates and leads me to her. Thank you for a wonderful tool that helps me.
