The new app is garbage. Impossible to log into once you make your new account. When you finally get logged in you can't order from the app because you can't add a card to your account. It's a dead end. When you order online you must save a card or it tells you your card is invalid. When you add a card online finally, it doesn't recognize it in the app. This app has gone backwards. Prior to the update it was so user friendly and intuitive. Now it's pretty much worthless.

App update is terrible. You can no longer scan the receipt barcode to log your transaction. Scanning the barcode at the register doesn't work. Manually entering is the only way the app allows as a "missed transaction" and there is no submit button, it doesn't work! Have been twice since the update and have two receipts I can't get credit for. This is a serious downgrade , especially after having to reregister and essentially create a new account with less options to even redeem the points for.

New App is TERRIBLE. I'm an Android user; I've used CSC app without issue for a long time, but the new update is a disaster. No historical information. Can't enter a new receipt. Can't correct my phone number that displays incorrectly. Can't login through computer because it wants me to confirm email address but never send confirmation link. Customer Service not responding to requests for help. They should do a full rollback, but I'm betting they didn't plan disaster recovery.
