After many failed attempts I had to reset my password to login again. No stranger to this with the Moe's app, it happened a month ago. Maybe they are forcing password changes every x days?? The UI keeps bouncing around to different websites when trying to manage your account, probably third party handling some of the basic functionality. It's just really confusing and not cohesive. I'm finally in and can see my rewards..Exhausting, makes me not want to eat at Moe's anymore LOL

I've been going to Moes for a very long time, and I've had the app for many years. this current version has to be the worst one I've had. ordering online is impossible. Not all the options are available, I can't see how many points I've accumulated, I can't see any deals that are going on, and I can't even tell if im logged in. I miss the days when the app told you how many times you visited! I was at 300 when they got rid of it.

Whatever happened in the last update has made the app impossible. It will not allow me to put my building number but insists on trying to force the one next door. Then, I made my order and when I was switching to another section of the menu, my cart said I had 0 items, I looked and nothing was there so I re-added an item and suddenly my other items were back and when I tried to delete an item from the cart, nothing happens. Please undo the terrible 'fixes' the past update caused.
