The Nomadic Care patient app is an easy to use ecosystem for creating actionable care plan tasks. In an age where remote health is a reality, Nomadic Care offers unique telehealth features – and we’re talking more than just video conferencing!
The mobile app (this app download) allows patients to view and complete tasks and record health measurements:
- View tasks and know when they are due
- Book follow-up and referral appointments set out by your doctor, through HealthEngine
- Perform health measurements through the phone or via health devices (e.g. FitBit, Google watches etc.)
- View care plan progress, and watch as you accumulate "health points", leveling up and earning badges
- Share your progress with your doctors, family, and friends
