Where do I start? With pairing! This app and the device can be paired via BT. Problem is, inorder to use the app you will have to do it everytime. Sooo, on top of having a migraine, you will have to enter your device pin and perform the pairing each time because this company can't figure out how to remember this info. Good thing other BT devices (earphones, smart devices, etc) don't have this problem. The app is only a fancy display tool. No way of controlling the device.

The device won't stay connected if you leave the app like many others have stated. The log function just doesn't work, not for any current treatments or meds, nor logging the actual Cefaly treatment. It just bugs out and disconnects randomly. The app only lets me view the percentage and mode and is so unstable and unintuitive that I don't even want to use the thing to see if it helps me or not.

Disconnects in middle of session, then when you want to see your time in the session it asks for you to enter the pin to reconnect. Normal Bluetooth devices have a 4 digit pin-even my wifi mesh system. But the device that goes with this app has a 6 digitpin that you basically have to memorize if you want to stay connected without having to REMOVE THE DEVICE FROM YOUR FOREHEAD. Not super intuitive and user friendly. And if your answer will be buy the upgraded one... the va sent me this one.
