People leaving bad reviews because of lack of features are missing the entire point of this browser. It's meant for extreme privacy and anonymity that having all kinds of "features" will compromise. If bells and whistles are important to you, this is the wrong browser. It's not complicated, folks. And if a 1.00 a month subscription fee is too much for you, well that's just sad.

Most users simply want Puffin as a free VPN. Puffin Incognito Browser has many exciting features, but the bottom line is to "access website without a trace from the website, the carrier, the government, and the phone". Puffin started requiring subscriptions to curb abuse. Many users choose a $0.05 daily subscription when they genuinely need Puffin.

Fail to see the need for a separate app. This app has a COMPLETELY different UI than the other and has significantly fewer features (e.g. no QR code search, flash theater, keyboard, etc.). Seems quite simple at first glance. It seems kind of redundant and the original worked just fine with all features of the actual browser. It was easy to use when it just popped up as a separate window but now you need two apps for what could be done with just one. Why not simply upgrade the original?

Puffin Incognito Browser focuses on "extreme" privacy. It removes features of standard web browsers that compromise user privacy. It adds advanced features beyond what the "incognito mode" can do in popular web browsers to push privacy to the limit. For users wanting "casual" privacy, the incognito mode of Chrome is a good choice.

The subscription model is very costly. Just like you made your first puffin pro a one time purchase, get back to that model and that too at an affordable price. As far as piracy is concerned, since the browser is cloud based, you can use it in such a way that the pirated browser is not able to connect to your server. I am sure developers will understand these things and come up with a better solution.Edit-All the best for your journey ahead .

Paid (pay-to-download) apps are dead on Android because Android allows users to pirate apps at will from pirating websites. Users know this well and suggest developers to choose paid apps instead of subscription so they can continue pirating the apps.
