I've had these cameras and this app for about 4 years. It's always been a bit janky, but overall it served my needs. About 3-4 weeks ago all 3 cameras I have connected can no longer be viewed live over 5g/mobile. If I'm connected to wifi I can still view them. But they are pretty much useless if I can't watch them over mobile/5g. So I'm going to have to get new ones. Hence 1 star.

I love these cameras but one thing I really do wish that, if there was a fast forward/rewind option on the playback. Trying to watch playback is annoying as you're needing to manually jump through the time step by step as you can't click and drag and it's very tedious.

Before you can view any security alerts, you now have to watch adverts first. These adverts have popped up all over the app. I was about to buy another camera, it's become really difficult to use apps actual functions while U wait for the advert to finish. Currently trying to install this app on my pc. Google will not let me download the software for the camera I purchased so Im returning it. The cctv has footage of an attack and we cannot retrieve it. A crime has been committed
