We couldn't figure it out. We followed the instructions precisely multiple times, yet it still didn't work. However, after watching a YouTube video, then downloading a different app which didn't work, then we had to come back to this app, then we finally managed to make it work. We needed to connect our smartphones to the AC wifi hotpot which was not mentioned in this app, but it was mentioned in the YouTube video.

Good app, but it has some servers connection issues with Alexa. For example i can turn the AC off with voice, but i can't turn the AC on and i tried everything, i hope they fix the problem

So disappointed, with missing features! I can't find "Turbo" in "HSU-18HFPCA/013WUSDC(B)" model! Why haven't you updated by adding this feature? What should i do with this new brand that it's app has no option for it! Further more when I on turbo from remote, the app displays it's speed as low and when I click high, the wipers' setting outs! Lots of bugs, errors, disadvantages! Very very disappointed! You must go for its solution as quick as possible!
