Ratings and reviews

It is disappointing when an app prioritizes pushing products over user experience. The curv device only works with this app, so we are forced to live with ads. I chose this app after knowing its ability to help track readings, and in that aspect, it performs well. Also, it supports multiple profiles, which can be convenient for families or shared device. Furthermore, the vitals scan option provided strange and inconsistent results for me. It seems more like a gimmick than a reliable feature.

It has been working well till a couple of days back. They changed their UI recently and suddenly the feature for Face Scan for Vitals is not working. It is only calibrating and not giving any results. The Curb also requires 2-3 times sampling to give out the reading. Earlier it was excellent.. now it has problems. I tried contacting the Customer Support but they were of no help. Please correct these features ASAP

Today again the BeatO Application is not working. The technical team is not able to find any solution for it. This is the 3rd time this has happened and since yesterday I have not been able to take my sugar readings. Today I was supposed to submit the reading to my doctor. But could not do so due to AAP not working. Through this message I am requesting to take back 50 strips which I ordered. It is still not opened. No use of strips when App is not working. Please help.
