App opens automatically sometimes and it's automatically installed too 😡 also want to delete but can't because Pre-inststalled apps can't get deleted (the only way to stop the app is by force stopping it)

Terms of service for this app say, do not use unless 18 years of age or older. The child in my home currently able to use this device is 7 years old, this app opens as soon as the phone is unlocked. In the last 24 hours it has ran 22 hours of background data turned off sitting in a dresser drawer. I can't remove the app, I can't force it to stop, I can't uninstall it because it is a system setting app. Your AGE terms of service is legally falsifying information. Does Google Play know this?

I don't know how this app came on my phone and pushed news feeds every time I turn on my phone. It has been a nightmare to disable and remove this feature. Also, it looks like I can't delete it
