Original post 2021 : Needs the ability to save customized massages and label them. More auto programs also. Dinged 2 stars due to lack of these important features that the competition does have. Update:6/24/23 Still unable to save any custom massage you make so instead of relaxing you are holding the remote or your phone to make the custom massage happen. Dinged another star.

The app is just basically the same thing that the chair remote is. It should be better than that. I have to wade through options every time I use the chair. It should allow me to store profiles and it should also guide me at the start of a session with questions instead of having to find all the settings for a given session.

So much room for improvement and now this stupid safety thing pops up every time. The 30 min max massage is also terrible but that's probably a liability thing. The app timeout is crazy short, logging in every few minutes is ridiculous. The "sounds" provided in the chair are very repetitive, come on man.
