Im using Samsung Galaxy M30. From the date i purchased JC200 i couldn't Synchronise the videos. I waited for long time for update still the same problem there. After recent update on January 2020 app is too slow , i couldn't get back from live video Dear Technical team, Please be kind enough to fix those issues of the app

Hello, I have purchased a car dash cam (JC 100 EdgeCam) recently. I've had it fitted in by a car electrician and I followed all the instructions from the manual- inserted a valid SIM card that supports 2G, 3G and 4G and there was a 16GB SD card that came with the dash cam and I have installed the app as well as registered and logged in. But it says the device is offline and "positioning error". How do I solve this, please?

The application does not recognize the IMEI number of the device, keeps saying that it does not exist when in fact it does and its not blocked or has any problems with the number, the problem is with the application? Please help
