This app contains some really good books but I've than some are extremely expensive. Also for reason I can't access some of the app settings I don't know if it's my device or the app but it's a bit frustrating. And lately I can't top up via Google pay, instead I have to buy goggle play credit and add coins that way, and I don't know the solution for this.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE. A few ok stories. Essentially, the "chapters" are really short episodes, and you have to buy a lot of credits to continue listening. If the chapters were longer, this might be a fair deal, but they aren't. Many of the stories are horribly written, I think they are written by a bot or translated poorly by a bot. Books seem to just stop, with no more chapters available - no book ending. some of the stories have music in the background, which is very distracting.

Challenges are annoying. If you add a horrible book to your "wait for free" list, you can't delete it. FAQ list is unhelpful and no contact us information. I have found one story I like so far and it will take ages to finish since it has 78 chapters. I am sure there are more, but I can't listen to them because the coins are outrageous. Probably do better with an audible subscription if you want to pay for something.
