I have been trying to get this app to work for almost a month and it says I can't login because my password is incorrect (Error LI001). I was able to login to the old app with no issue and was able to login on my desktop with no issue. I need this app for work, so you are literally keeping me from doing my job. I called your tech support, spent 2 hours on the phone with them and they were of no help! All of the information you have in your systems to help are outdated and incorrect.

Total trash, I have to use for work and constant errors and issues loading. Really great when you have to use this for business and never works. Thanks JP.
