With this app you are unable to set the required temperature as the numbers are all sitting on top of each other. ( Would like to post a screenshot but unable to) I would prefer to use the App on my phone to set temperature as TV remote conflicts with heater and makes the heater turn off & on. Have contacted Kogan but the intelligence there seems to be lacking as not able to get a straight answer as to what the problem is, seem more interested in my previous purchases than fixing the problem.

It was functioning okay, until now when every time i go to open it, the app crashes, rendering it unusable. The problem only happena when I'm connected to a network. Clearing cache doesnt help

Half of the time, the app shows my dehumidifier as being off when it is on, or on when it is off, which is utterly confusing especially as it is in a location which I can't access. Have the kill the app to make it force refresh and show an up to date status...
