Deceptive company who I wish I never dealt with. Unbeknownst to me they automatically signed me up to their kogan first subscription without my consent. I only found out, when I received an email to say $79 had been taken from my account. On top of that they constantly spam your email account, and have hidden the unsubscribe link instead of having it down the bottom in an easy to see position like a reputable company would. exactly spot on for me aswell !!!!!

No biometrics for login. Also why does the app not retain my details? I have to log in every time I use it on every device. Finally, it seems the SMS option for login doesn't work. I've never received an SMS and have had to cancel the login and start again with email or password. Once past that the app works fine as expected. Additionally after sale customer service is excellent and efficient.

I absolutely love Kogan, they always have the lowest prices for anything you want to get, especially when you become a member, they have a 14 day free trial and you can cancel at any time which is epic, they have a very wide variety and range of different things which I absolutely love, their app is really well made and easy to navigate, all in all I love shopping from Kogan, it's really the best online business that you can shop from if you live in Australia.
