If you want to cancel an item before it gets delivered, it will never happen. I am waiting on returning 2 items. One week has past with no response. Please avoid Kogan at all cost. I have been waiting over a month for a fan and delivery was meant to be end of July but when I messaged them to cancel it, the item goes out for delivery what a miracle. I'll be promoting how bad they are with customer service. Answer to reply: To late sold it at a loss, as it has been a while since the incident.

1 major issue with their platform is about user privacy. If you purchase something from kogan, they bombard you with the ad emails. I tried unsubscribing and still keep getting emails. I even wrote to kogan support and they didn't help as well. Email subscription settings do not work at all. App is also not working since few days.

Fake items are listed by 3rd party sellers with no way to escalate to Kogan. The disputes process just redirects email communication to the seller. If the seller decides to screw you, then that's it. The "Customer Care" process also asks for detailed descriptions, yet limits you to only 280 characters to describe the issue. There is no contact number or direct email for Kogan Customer Care that I can find, so Kogan obviously don't actually "care" once you've bought an item in their shopping app.
