Deceptive company who I wish I never dealt with. Unbeknownst to me they automatically signed me up to their kogan first subscription without my consent. I only found out, when I received an email to say $79 had been taken from my account. On top of that they constantly spam your email account, and have hidden the unsubscribe link instead of having it down the bottom in an easy to see position like a reputable company would. exactly spot on for me aswell !!!!!

Hate that the product slideshow videos start playing with the volume on now, with no way of switching it in the app settings, so any time you scroll across you get a video playing at maximum volume. I hate this in every app that does it, and to be honest I just left my TV browsing and closed the app. I'm already using your app, why the need to force stuff down my throat further? I'll pay more for less irritation somewhere else, and let my First subscription lapse.

After receiving an email stating I have a $10 credit if used within a set time & spend more than $50. then when you try and submit, it doesn't work. I am NOT IMPRESSED I have been through this scenario a few times now and it is beginning to wear thin.
