worst bank, worst app, worst customer care, worst staff, worst employee attitude towards customers, worst ebanking I have seen till date. If customer has to go to bank every time he needs to do online transaction then what's the use of ebanking. Dear Customer Your digital banking txn is temporarily blocked. Pls contact nearest Branch for updation of annual income/Turnover to resume services.UCO Bank I keep getting the above message again and again.

My debit card transactions are disabled and to enable it I've been told to login to my uco secure app and then enable it.While registering on uco secure it asks to enter any 5 last transactions,I entered every transaction but it shows "no data found". I contacted the rudest customer care, told me to mail the query on their customer support. Even after months i got no reply from their end. Then i visited bank and the employees got no answers instead gave me new atm card, still I'm facing problem.

Very very Dangerous app, Think a situation when you disabled all transactions setting like ATM, POS, E-commerce for your security. Suddenly you need some money urgently, go for ATM, prior to this you want to enable this & this app is not working. Think if you need to pay for medicine or other emergency and you're not able to enable ATM services in that situation what can we do. No bank person or developer will help in this situation immediately. Think that case before using as I faced.
