worst customer service. The customer care number is not working, their grievance redressal system is also not working. My account got frozen within 4 months of opening it, went to branch today, it still hasn't recovered. the worst banking service.

I have been using the UCO mBanking Plus app for my regular banking transactions, and overall my experience has been quite good. The app is well-structured and easy to navigate. Fund transfers, balance checks, and UPI payments work smoothly most of the time. I appreciate that multiple banking services are available in one place, which makes it very convenient.
