Very disappointing experience with UCO Bank. Even after enabling international e-commerce and receiving the transaction OTP, my Visa debit card repeatedly failed for a legitimate Etsy payment. I did not receive clear or effective assistance regarding international card-on-file payments. Finally, I used another bank’s virtual debit card and the payment succeeded immediately. UCO Bank should improve its debit-card facilities, app controls and customer support.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Digital Banking Experience Very disappointing experience with the UCO Bank app. I am unable to register or update my email ID. Even after entering the correct OTP received from the bank, the app repeatedly shows “Invalid OTP.” This makes even a basic account-related update unnecessarily difficult. What is even more frustrating is that for almost every issue, the app and customer care asks to contact the bank branch directly. so frustrating. no job ethics.

⭐⭐ (2 Stars) "Trying to update my email ID via the mBanking Plus app, but it continuously throws an error and fails. The app's overall UI is also very slow and buggy. Requesting the UCO Bank technical team to look into this issue and fix the email update bug at the earliest."
